The Purchasing Prequalification Standard is developed in response to the market demand to enable the companies to provide their company details necessary for prequa. Hence it is must to download and complete this questionnaire, and to have the questionnaire certified as being accurate by one of the company's directors (Preferably by the Finance Director or senior controlling partner in case of partnership) and stamped it by the company’s seal.
