THE COMPANY'S FIRST DEVELOPMENT AT LUSAIL CITY SET FOR 2010

DOHA, Qatar— July 03, 2007— Qatar National Hotels Company (QNH), the leaders in Qatar's hospitality industry, has announced plans for its 1.5 billion QR development in the Marina District at Lusail City.

The Lusail development will open in the largest and most innovative development of Lusail by the end of 2010. It will offer hotels and hotel serviced apartments with magnificent views.

“This development covering an area of 48,500 square meters represents the next great expansion opportunity for QNH in Qatar,” said H.E.
