DOHA, Qatar— September 27, 2008— Qatar National Hotels Company (QNH) has recently hosted an employee Iftar at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha.

The event was attended by the chairman, board members, top executives and employees from the company and their spouses, as well as the General Managers of hotels under the QNH umbrella.

The Iftar gathering aimed to thank the employees for their dedication and continuous efforts which contributed in achieving the company's success. QNH provides business and leisure travellers with a network of deluxe and first class hotels and services throughout the State of Qatar by capturing the very essence of the country by means of innovative design, unique locations and warm hospitality. The company's successful hotel network has grown into a fusion of hospitality expertise expanding into key international markets such as Egypt, France and Spain.

The Iftar took place at Al Wossail Ballroom which has been converted into a newly designed Ramadan tent. The 1100sq m pavilion tent, with a seating capacity of 380 persons, is tastefully decorated with a blend of Tunisian and Moroccan colors. Six exceptionally designed VIP tents that provide comfort as well as privacy for up to eight guests are specially featured within this year’s tent setup.
